The cats have settled in well at our new home – we have moved to a peri-urban area. So it’s close enough to convenience but far enough away not to be bothered by it. There are cut-outs in the walls throughout the house to facilitate natural light and air flow and the cats are enjoying using them as short-cuts between areas. We got some new furniture when we moved in and the moggies didn’t miss out either – they got a new scratching tower which blissfully does not look like the leaning tower of Pisa. It even has hidey holes in it – not exactly a Funky Hollow but they like it all the same.

I am a member of a few forums and well, it’s not much of an extension to start blogging is it? I hope you find something of interest to you here and I will *try* to keep it as up to date as possible. I would hope I can manage to post something of interest every day but I guess I’ll just have to see how it goes.

So why start blogging?? Well a while ago someone asked me what is on my “to do list”…not the list you make of stuff you have to do at some stage….the stuff you want to accomplish before you turn 30 or completely snuff it. For some reason, doing a blog made it onto that list. Everyone else is doing it, so why not me?
